1. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. Claims without video proof will not be considered.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Custom orders and clearance sale items cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return:
- Record an unboxing video while opening the shipment.

- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, you will receive further return instructions.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only for eligible return requests that meet our return conditions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Unboxing video proof is required to claim an exchange.

- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If a prepaid order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
- If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
