  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return request. Claims without video proof will not be considered.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
  • Custom orders and clearance sale items cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Record an unboxing video while opening the shipment.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and video proof.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, you will receive further return instructions.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible return requests that meet our return conditions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for cases where we sent the wrong or defective item.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Unboxing video proof is required to claim an exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

How to Request an Exchange:

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If a prepaid order is canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

  • If the return or exchange is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
